The practice outgrows our central Winchester St Clement Yard studios and takes temporary space in the old WCC Museum Services building. After a fast-track refurbishment, 15 staff move to their temporary home, with a view to reconciling our teams with a move to a new permanent home in Easter 2009.

Mill Yard in Southampton, a mixed-use development designed by Design Engine, is given planning permission by Test Valley Borough Council. The client, Trustees of the Barker Mill Estate, have yet to decide whether to develop the scheme.
