We are delighted to announce that the St Alphege Building for the University of Winchester has been awarded a BREEAM 2008 – Higher Education “Excellent” Rating, achieving a result of over 72 points. It also achieved all the minimum standards required by this issue of BREEAM for an “Outstanding” rated building.
