7 May 2014

The John Henry Brookes Building is one of six international projects shortlisted for the 2014 World Architecture News Education Award. Other entries include projects from Copenhagen, Vienna, New York and Australia. Peter Clegg, one of the panel of seven international jurors, noted the scheme as ‘a calm piece of well-knitted architecture’. The jury reviewed each project on a number of factors such as innovation, sustainability, originality, form and special quality. The winner will be announced later this month.
