Adam Barlow

Architectural Designer

Adam joined Design Engine in the summer of 2014 having gained a BA in Architecture RIBA Part 1 from Oxford Brookes University.

After two years in the Winchester studio, Adam returned to Oxford Brookes to complete his MArchD RIBA Part2, while continuing to work with DE part time.

His Part 2 final year design project entitled YOLO; an intergenerational cohabitation space, was nominated for awards including the RIBA South Student Excellence Award and the Make Architects Design Excellence Award.

Adam has a wealth of experience across various design stages from competition to construction.

Prior to studying Architecture, Adam worked as a freelance artist after gaining a degree in Photography from Camberwell School of Art.
