Eloise interned at Design Engine during both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, joining the practice full time in the summer of 2019 as an Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part I).
She has assisted on numerous projects with design and coordination, with a particular interest in architectural visualisation. She is currently helping to deliver Radley Music School, a cutting-edge extension and refurbishment of the school’s music facility.
Her Part II final year design project explored extreme consumerism and over-consumption in the built environment, and proposed a polemic extrapolation of the tropes of social media set inside a train station. The project was awarded the RIBA South Student Excellence Award, and the Ackroyd Lowrie Prize for most innovative project. It was also and nominated for the AJ Student Prize, the 3D Reid Student Award, and the RIBA Silver President’s Medal.
